I choose a chair for the project because it was an interesting photo. The only words used are chair paint and old. It takes a long time to get the words into the shape but it is worth the time.

Filter Photo

This piece was successful because it is artful. I wish that the colors stood out more. It is fun to change the filters. Finding a photo to change was challenging. I don't think I well use the filters in the future.

Pop Art Critique

I was looking at Jackie's gummy bears. I really like the ones in the corners. but three of the pictures have basically the same color changes.

Pop Art

    The pop art movement started in the mid-1950s. It is art that is based on modern popular culture that uses unrealistic colors. A famous pop artist is Andy Warhol, one of his paintings is of the Campbell’s soup can.
